How do I track my order?
- Before shipping : Your pair is being prepared in our premises. At this stage, there is no tracking number available yet. If you would like to know the status of your order, simply contact us on Instagram or via our contact form, we will give you a personalized update.
- After Shipping : Once your pair is complete, you will automatically receive an email confirming shipment (remember to check your spam folder). This email contains a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time.
What are the delivery times?
We offer two types of delivery: standard and express .
Delivery times vary depending on the option chosen and your delivery address.
The most reliable way to know your exact delivery time is to simulate an order: add your items to the cart, go to the payment page, enter your delivery information and the estimated delivery times will be displayed depending on the delivery method chosen.
Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number is never used for advertising purposes: you will not receive any commercial messages from us.
It is only passed on to the delivery person so that they can contact you if a problem arises during delivery.
If we are unable to deliver to you several times and cannot contact you, the package will be returned to us.

Is payment secure on your site?
Yes, absolutely. All transactions on our site are 100% secure .
We use encryption technology (SSL) which protects your banking information and ensures that your personal data is never accessible to third parties.
Additionally, we only work with trusted payment providers (such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) known for their security. Your bank details are never stored on our site.
What are the delivery times?
Yes, this is possible through PayPal . However, this option depends directly on PayPal and not on our site.
To find out if you are eligible and to know the exact terms and conditions, we invite you to consult the conditions for payment in several installments directly on the PayPal website or application.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We do not store any banking information on our site. It is fully encrypted; the only information we have access to is that required for delivery.
My payment was refused, what should I do?
Sometimes some banks block a payment as a security measure, even if you have the necessary funds (this happens in particular with AMEX ).
In this case, you can:
- Try again with another bank card or another bank,
- Or contact us directly to place the order manually: payment can then be made by bank transfer or via a secure Revolut payment link .
Return & Exchange π
Can I exchange my pair after receiving it?
Yes, you have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to request an exchange.
How to request a refund?
For any refund request, you can contact us:
- Directly via Instagram (@stepease.style) in private message,
- Or via the contact form available on our website.
We will get back to you shortly to process your request.
How do I activate the custom warranty?
Our warranty only covers custom pairs that show abnormal deterioration .
Natural wear and tear (e.g. due to regular use) is not covered.
To activate the warranty, simply contact us:
- via Instagram in private message,
- or via the contact form on our website,
by sending us photos of the defect observed .
Our team will review your request and determine if the issue is eligible for warranty coverage.

Stepease is a concept founded by two young sneaker enthusiasts.
The initial idea was to offer fully customized models, in order to offer each customer a truly unique pair.
Over time, given the enthusiastic feedback from our community, we decided to expand our catalog.
We now offer not only customized sneakers, but also rare and hard- to-find models on the market.
In both cases, the goal remains the same: To make the exceptional accessible . It is this vision that inspired our slogan: βStay classic, but unique.β
